5. Fees & Payments

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Missed classes or failure to attend does not automatically qualify for a refund

  • JIBC may cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances

 

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, logos, videos, manuals, and training resources are the intellectual property of JIBC Tutor Training Institute.

Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials

  • Share login credentials or course content

  • Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

 

8. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Conduct themselves respectfully and professionally

  • Avoid disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior

  • Comply with JIBC policies and instructions

JIBC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

 

9. Certification & Assessment

  • JIBC reserves the right to withhold certification for academic misconduct

  • Certificates may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means

 

10. Limitation of Liability
