Refund Policy

JIBC Tutor Training Institute (“JIBC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparency and fairness regarding payments and refunds. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. General Policy

  • All fees paid to JIBC Tutor Training Institute are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or required by law.

  • By enrolling in any program, students acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

​

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

​

a. Program Cancellation by JIBC

  • If JIBC cancels a program before it begins, students will be eligible for:

    • A full refund, or

    • Transfer of fees to another JIBC program (student’s choice)

b. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

  • If a student is charged twice or makes an accidental overpayment, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.

 

c. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refund requests due to serious illness, emergency, or other exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of JIBC management.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to attend or complete a program

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Missed classes or assessments

  • Disciplinary termination or violation of institute policies

  • Access to course materials already granted

  • Technical issues beyond JIBC’s control (e.g., internet disruptions)

 

4. Refund Request Process

​

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written request via email

  2. Include:

    • Full name

    • Program enrolled

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing Time

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–28 business days

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method, where possible

  • Transaction or bank charges may be deducted where applicable

 

6. Fee Transfers

​

  • In place of a refund, JIBC may offer a credit transfer to another program or future intake

  • Credits must be used within the timeframe specified by JIBC

 

7. Changes to This Policy

​

JIBC Tutor Training Institute reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
